In our cooking class on Friday, January 30, students explored the benefits of natural fiber and learned how ingredients rich in fiber, protein, and healthy fats contribute to a balanced diet. Together, we made homemade bread using oat, flax, pumpkin, and sunflower seed flour, without using yeast. It was a hands-on learning experience that combined nutrition, creativity, and fun in the kitchen.
