This April, Earth Day at Green School was marked by a burst of creativity, curiosity, and care for our planet. Our youngest students (Y1–Y4) explored habitats by drawing animals in their natural environments, celebrating the beauty of nature. Y5 connected sustainability and healthy living by creating colorful recipe books, inspired by composting, planting, and using recycled materials.
Y6 took action by building insect hotels from natural and reused materials, learning how small creatures support big ecosystems. Y7 stepped into the microscopic world with their “Art under the Microscope” posters, while Y8–Y9 designed powerful “Save the Planet” artwork to raise awareness and inspire change.
As a grand finale, students created a magical "Under the Sea" installation, an immersive artwork made entirely from recycled plastic bottles collected within the school, turning waste into a vibrant ocean world.
